These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Ultra Digital's payment gateway integration, Sales Bot, and OTP verification services in Pakistan.

1. Services
We provide technical services to integrate and support payment gateways (such as EasyPaisa, JazzCash, UBL, Meezan Bank, HBL, Allied Bank), Sales Bot automations and OTP verification flows for your website, app or backend.
2. Your Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and lawful business information to payment providers.
- Ensure your platform complies with local laws and your bank's requirements.
- Protect your own admin accounts, API keys and dashboard access.
3. Payment Providers
We are an independent technical team and are not a bank or payment institution. Approval, KYC and risk decisions are controlled by your payment providers (e.g. EasyPaisa, JazzCash, UBL, Meezan Bank, HBL, Allied Bank, aggregators like PayFast or Safepay).
4. Liability
While we follow best practices and provide 24/7 support, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service because payment providers and telecom networks are outside our control. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of revenue, or loss of data.
5. Changes
We may update these Terms & Conditions when our services or applicable regulations change. The latest version will always be available on this page.
By continuing to use our services after an update, you agree to the revised terms.
